- Pleistocene aeolian and colluvial deposits, Balearic Islands, Western Mediterranean (including facies analysis, studies of stratigraphic architecture and event stratigraphy, dating, magnetostratigraphy and analysis of proxy-climate data).
- Holocene spit deposits, Denmark (including studies of sediments, stratigraphy and landscape evolution, GPR mapping, dating and reconstructions of sea-level variation and climate change).
- Lower Cambrian sandstones, Bornholm, Denmark (including facies analysis and reconstructions of sedimentary processes and depositional environments).
